"Phantoms" h/c

I was watching "Phantoms" yesterday and was wondering - Rodney got shot and needs comforting because of that, naturally, but are there any post-"Phantom" h/c stories where John is the one comforted for what happened in Afghanistan? John/Rodney slash or friendship preferred, but I'll also take John/Teyla in this instance.
