I'm going through a bit of a Wild West thing at the moment and I was just wondering if there are any Cowboy McShep AU's out there.  I'm talking the original Wild West type stuff - 1800's, pokey little one horse towns with the railway comin' and a saloon with a mezanine where ladies in Belle Epoch knickers stroll around trying to get the attention of the men playing poker down stairs.  And maybe John, the disenfranchised Sherif goes there sometimes but it never makes him happy, and he doesn't know why...until Rodney, the new guy from way out East comes to town...or something.  

Basically SGA/Deadwood crossovers would be, like, TOTALLY AWESOME.  But anything with the boys in a Wild West type scenario would rule.

I know it's a long shot, but if there's one thing this amazing fandom has taught me, it's that ANYTHING GOES. 

PS  I'm just reading bluespirit_star's very cool, but not AU Sherif!John fic now...Yay for Sherif!John
