Leader!Sheppard recs needed

Hi, I'm looking for fics that focus on Sheppard leading/commanding his men. Fics that focus on the military commander side of Sheppard. (I hope I explained that well enough). For example, I read "The New Guys" by T’Pring on Fanfiction.net awhile ago and I loved how it showed how much Sheppard's men respected him and were loyal to him. So if you guys could give me any recs that are similar to that it would be very much appreciated.

p.s. If you guys could find ones with Shep-whump in them as well I'd love you even more. :D

First time posting here, I love this community, I come here often to read other people's requests ;)

I'm in the mood for some good smart!John/genius!John fics. Het, slash, gen, AU, canon, it doesn't matter (although McShep or gen is preferred). I just want to read something that centres around (or features prominently) John's intelligence and savvy. It can be book smarts, military/strategic know-how, or his math skillz - it's all good :)

I've already read seperis's fantastic Mensa!verse story, and it got me wanting more.

Lately, I've really been hammering for AUs in which the team and peripheral characters (or even SG-1 Crossovers) are in a University setting, either as students or professors, janitors, whatever. I'm a McShepper but will read any pairing or gen. Thanks a lot!
