Rodney in command

I remember adoring 'all the things rodney never was', by sardonicsmiley, in which Rodney must assume command of Atlantis due to the absence of Weir and Sheppard.  What I'm looking for is stories in which Rodney must assume command of:

a) Atlantis;
b) his own 'gate team
c) his own company or task force (as in an AU).

Those who have been here before probably know by now I prefer McShep or gen.

And might I say, I love this community!  I've been enjoying coming up with random stuff to look for, and answering others' requests.  :)
