What kind of disabilities are you looking for? I have a massive amount of fics on my Del. account (http://del.icio.us/marysuefanfic, sorted by disability, though not by year).

There are also the multifandom sites, like Disability in Fan Fiction and Disability Fanfic, which are up to date, I think, though not entirely complete.

Mind that the disability in Disarmed and Unbalanced is just a cheap plot device, though. ;)
