Secondly, anybody come across stories in which Rodney leaves Atlantis
due to reasons of being pissed off by them or is under-appreciated by
them etc..Leaving them and letting them know just how important he is
to the expedition and how they come to realize it themselves or due to
any other reason but he eventually comes back...

Any authors out there wrote any stories that match what I'm looking for??

Hi,

please edit your post and take out the first of your search requests. As is clearly stated in the rules (http://community.livejournal.com/sgagenrefinders/180719.html) (which you can also find in our userinfo), the same genre can be looked for every two months or so to find the newest stories. Not-really-dead fics have last been looked for a mere four days ago (http://community.livejournal.com/sgagenrefinders/188438.html), so I suggest you check out the comments to that post.
