AU for Vengeance and/or Shep with Iratus bugs

So I was watching Vengeance the other night and got to thinking...

When Michael captures Teyla and is going to let the iratus bug feed on her - surely someone must've written an AU where it's Sheppard he captured instead? I would SO love to see one! (or two... or three... or more... *g*)

Alternately, if no one knows of any fics about that specifically, any good fics involving Shep and iratus bugs? Could be him actually getting bit by one again, just the threat of it, episode tags/missing scenes, whatever - though whumpy is always better. ;) The part with him and the bug(s) doesn't have to be the main plot or focus of the story, and I'm quite open to AUs as well. Just no slash please (unless preslash and/or easily read as gen), or permanent death or maiming of canon characters.
