Sleep deprivation/exhaustion

Can anyone rec some good fics where Sheppard is sleep-deprived and/or generally utterly exhausted? Please no slash or deathfics (least not permanent death) - otherwise I'm open as to the type and the reason for it. Whumpy, H/C, humorous, interrogation method, too much to do too little time, just one thing going wrong after another... It's all good, and his being really, really tired/sleep-deprived doesn't have to be the main plot of the story, just so it's reasonably prominent. :) Carson being involved is always a plus, but definitely not necessary.
