Make me laugh? Please?

Lately work = much stress, and I am very much in need of some good laughs. So to that purpose... Can anyone recommend some good humor fics?

I'm really open as to the type - crackfic, just generally lighthearted fic, whump that turns into humor, humor that turns into whump... I just really want something that'll make me laugh. Only two caveats: please let it be clean (not a bunch of real crude/sexual humor/heavy swearing), and please no slash (unless preslash and/or very easily read as gen).

Shep-centric fics and some shortish fics, that I can read on breaks in-between things, are good, but neither's a necessary. I'm open - please help! :)

Oh, these are all wonderful stories! ("The Fall of the Roman Empire" was particularly fun, because I've been taking Latin for a while now *g*) Unfortunately, I've read all of them fairly recently... *sighs wistfully* Sometimes I do wish I could have selective amnesia, just so I could forget having read especially wonderful stories and have the pleasure of reading them for the first time all over again.

I mostly read slash, but I found a few genfic that I think are pretty funny.

Bad Choice of Majors (http://community.livejournal.com/havocs_cry/4800.html), by havocthecat. It's an SGA/Buffy crossover, PG, ~2,400 words. There is implied Willow/female, but it's completely off-screen.

Mutually Assured Destruction (http://shrift.livejournal.com/98431.html), by shrift. *Delightfully* funny gen where John and Rodney find themselves in the middle of a mine field. PG, ~1,600 words.

Hands-On Science (http://community.livejournal.com/sga_flashfic/207546.html), by nindulgence. This fic is more cute than laugh-out-loud funny, but the premise is that John and Rodney meet at the Toronto Science Centre when they're in high school and Rodney gives John a guided tour. Gen, G, ~4,200 words.

Crush (http://soraya2004.livejournal.com/2768.html), by soraya2004. I wasn't sure whether to include this one, as it's clearly pre-slash McKay/Sheppard and Carson/Ford (the fic in fact revolves around characters having crushes on each other), but it's really hysterically funny and the fic ends before any actual relationship/sex/discussion happens, so I thought I'd at least list it and you can decide if you're interested. PG-13, ~2,200 words.

I actually just posted a recs list of 16 SGA fics where characters get turned into animals (http://incidental-fire.livejournal.com/21906.html), and I'd say about a third of them are gen (and there are several pre-slash that basically consist of John and Rodney just sleeping in the same bed at the end [literally sleeping, no euphemisms intended]). So that might be another place to look.
