Its dobbelganger John but its also John/Rodney ('The gene therapy doesn't work/has side-effects.' is the prompt). Dunno if its what you wanted but its a still one of my favorites :)

Wow, that is a long fic! I will definitely take a look, thanks. Mostly what I'm looking for is the selfcest of John and the evil version of himself? I don't mind there being other ships involved or threesomes or anything, those are all fine as long as it also has John hooking up with himself.
