McKay in trouble
Hi there!
Am on a quest for all the best McKay-in-peril fics out there - woke up in the mood for some good h/c.
Am especially interested in kidnap/hostage fics, tiedup fics - I don't mind gen or slash, but I do love a happy ending.
Thanks to anyone with any suggestions!

It follows seasons 1 & 2 somewhat loosely and in several of the Chapters Rodney is in peril but the most recent additions, Chapters 10 & 11, feature the whole team falling into a world of hurt but it is especially hard on Rodney. Be aware that John & Rodney are in a long-term BDSM relationship by Chapter 10. This series is really worth the read.

There was another story, Missing, by MegTDJ, but when I went to the link, it’s been replaced by another site in Español! Hopefully, someone has another link to this on another site, as it’s an excellent story and fits your request very well. (Fortunately, I’d saved it to a file quite a while ago, but I’d still like to have the online link!)
I can also recommend most anything SGA by the authors of the stories above, and also by:
Tipper
Sholio/friendshipper (same person, different names)
Cybersyd42
Leesa Perrie
NenyaVilyaNenya
TechnoScribe
Lady Sidera
LikeTheRiver/River, and collarborations with Koschka under the name of LikeTheKoschka
XVardaX
sablecain
Some of these folks write only gen, some write both gen and slash, some write both gen and het. I usuallly look for their stories on FanFictionNet, as I can check if a given story is complete, its length, and whether or not there's any pairing; alternatively, most, if not all, also have sites on LJ.
